As the founder and lead counsel of Psonya Hackett Law Firm in Memphis, Tennessee, Attorney Psonya Hackett has over 26 years of experience and brings deep legal insight and compassionate advocacy to every case. Able to practice in both Tennessee and Mississippi, she helps protect and support families and women with a strong focus on family law. She represents clients in complex divorce, custody, and juvenile matters across both states.
A former legal advisor to the Mississippi Supreme Court, Mrs. Hackett’s background includes drafting opinions, advising justices, and leading high-level legal analysis. Outside the courtroom, she’s an educator, author, and founder of SuperVisits!, a nonprofit program offering supervised visitations for families. With a Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi, an M.B.A. from DeVry, and a passion for serving underrepresented communities, Mrs. Hackett is committed to guiding her clients through life’s most challenging legal moments with knowledge, strength, and care.
